// What Can I Do?

angrycall1A fine question.  You can start by making your displeasure known to your elected officials.  They do, after all, answer to you.  We’ve included their email addresses, phone numbers and addresses below the fold.

You could also consider signing your name to this site as a supporter.  We’ll put it up on our “Who We Are” page.  Another thing you can do is “friend” us or join our facebook group or follow us on twitter.  It might seem like a small thing, but a large enough group can make the mainstream media take notice.

angrycall2Finally, we do have an election coming up.  We want to be careful about not shilling for a particular set of candidates, but there are candidates on the ballot who oppose the tunnel plan.  We leave it up to you to discover who they are and read about them.

angrycall3Thank you once more for your passion and interest in our city. If you have other suggestions as to how we can get involved, let us know and we’ll share it with everyone.

Tunnel quotes

“It's the most exciting night at The Edgewater since The Beatles stayed here. The voters answered two questions and what they said with the answer to both questions is, 'We don't want a freeway along our waterfront.' They want better answers.”
